2007 Trinity Hockey Team, the 2 alumni teams, and the first Crusader hockey captain(Larry Larkin 1967) dropping the puck for Jamie Bruno(captain 1998 State Championship team) and John Doherty(current captain TCHS team).

Every Thanksgiving weekend for the past ten years alumni hockey players  have been  invited to play a game against the current Crusader Hockey team and then join them for dinner following the game.  This year marked the forty year anniversary for the hockey team and the ten year anniversary of the Division I State Championship.  Over thirty alumni responded, including seven players from that 97/98 Championship Team.   A pre-game ceremony was held honoring the 97/98 team, including a moment of silence for their former coach Mickey Lione.  The captain from the original SCHS Hockey team, Larry Larkin (class of 1967) dropped the puck for the ceremonial face-off.  A dinner was held immedialey following the game at the Knights of Columbus in Stamford.  Over 100 people attended the dinner, which concluded with a viewing of the 98 State Championship game.
