Thank you for your interest in applying to Trinity Catholic High School!  We strive to enroll a diverse, talented student body who embrace the mission of our school.  Please be certain you have submitted all of the required materials for the Admission Committee’s review.  A completed application includes the following:

1. Application for Admission
Complete and return the application for admission as soon as possible.  Beginning December 15, candidates for admission can expect a response within two weeks of submitting a completed application.

2. Crusader for a Day visit
Applicants are strongly encouraged to spend a day on campus visiting classes and meeting students.  Arranged by reservation only, applicants should contact the Admissions Office at 203-322-3401 to schedule their visit.  The visit is not a required component of the application.

3. Entrance Exam
All applicants for freshman admission must take the ACT’s Explore Entrance Exam as part of their application for admission.  The test is offered on October 29, 2011 and November 9, 2011 and by appointment.  Contact the Admissions Office at 203-322-3401 or via email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for testing information.

4. Parent/Guardian Authorization for Release of School Records
The release of records form must be submitted to the applicant’s current school.  Grades are a required component of the application for admission.

5. Application Fee
Each application must be accompanied by a $50 non-refundable fee.

6. Recommendations
Applicants are encouraged to submit a letter of recommendation from a current teacher or school administrator supporting their application to Trinity Catholic High School.  Transfer student applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a supporting letter of recommendation.  Applicants who have a longstanding interest in a particular activity, arts, athletic or community service program are welcome to submit an additional letter of recommendation from an appropriate adult representing that interest.  Recommendation letters are not a required component of the application.
