National Honor Society

The purpose of the Sedes Sapientiae Chapter is to recognize students who have demonstrated outstanding ability in the four qualities upheld by the Society:

  • Scholarship
  • Leadership
  • Character
  • Service

In the fall, at a special assembly sponsored by the Society, juniors and seniors who have fulfilled these qualifications are inducted during a traditional ceremony. Membership in N.H.S. continues as long as the student proves himself/herself eligible.
