FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION
Financial Aid decisions are made based on need, not solely on income level, so we encourage all families to apply. In order to be considered for any financial aid, including many scholarship opportunities, an application MUST be submitted through FACTS - Click Here.
The financial aid application process for all new students begins November 1.
Trinity Catholic High School offers several different types of scholarship opportunities each year. Below are just some of the scholarships that are awarded to students. The application and nomination processes for each varies, and we regularly communicate out this information.
FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN: There are many scholarships available to incoming freshmen and some are listed below. Some may require that a FACTS application be submitted.
PRINCIPALS SCHOLARSHIP: Awarded to those students who attain the highest scores on the HSPT entrance exam and have achieved high academic standing in their current school. To be considered for a scholarship, your child MUST take the High School Placement Test Entrance Exam in October or November. Students who receive this scholarship will be notified by mail with their decision letter.
WILLIAM NAYDEN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP: The William Nayden Foundation offers a one-time scholarship to incoming freshmen and current sophomore and junior students based on financial need and academic standing. Please note that students must re-apply for this scholarship each year. The application process begins in March and prospective students will be notified when they may complete their application.
THE MARY ALICE AND THOMAS O'MALLEY SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship is awarded to current and incoming students who have a least one parent who has worked for a minimum of one year as a Greenwich or Stamford firefighter or police officer or as a nurse at either Greenwich Hospital or Stamford Hospital. Applicants need not reside in Greenwich or Stamford, only work in either of these towns. If you meet these criteria, please ask the Admissions Office about the application process.
